A strategic presence in the Group is Euro Master as manufactory and distribution company of masterbatches, additives and compounds.

The Position

We are currently looking to recruit an Account/Sales Manager to develop our polyolefin business (polyethylene and polypropylene) in the German market with main focus in consumer products applications
(flexible and/or rigid packaging).

The Key responsibilities in this position will be:

  • Builds privileged customer relationships and a positive influence customer’s decision makers and process
  • Conduct regular and productive sales meetings by visiting customers
  • Increase the company sales and customer base finding and developing prospects
  • Staying up to date on product development and consumer markets
  • Drives innovation and identifies new business opportunities for the right customers and
    marketers
  • Facilitates product launches and achieve quick sales start for new products

The Ideal

  • 5+ years’ experience in sales in polyolefin or related business
  • Knowledge of industry and markets
  • in-depth know-how about products and/or applications
  • Ability to build strong, positive working relationships both internally and externally
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a person who self-sets and achieve ambitious goals
  • Home office based in Germany
  • Fluent in German and English
